Writ of certiorari to review a determination of the Department of Employment Security granting relators’ employees unemployment compensation benefits. The facts are relatively undisputed.
Relators are all engaged in the wholesale paper business in Minneapolis. In 1939 they combined under the name of Minneapolis Paper Merchants for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining. Since 1946 their negotiations have been with Miscellaneous Drivers & Helpers Union, Local 638, the union with which some of the paper merchants’ employees are affiliated.
