Touchcom, Inc. and Touchcom Technologies, Inc. (collectively “Touchcom”) appeal from the final judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia dismissing Touchcom’s malpractice suit against the law firm of Bereskin & Parr (“B & P”) and attorney H.
