CLAYTON, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, who are Negro citizens residing in Grenada, Mississippi, brought this suit as a class action against the City of Grenada, Mississippi, its principal officers, and a civic club of that community, seeking preliminary and permanent injunctions to enjoin defendants from racially segregated operation of a municipally owned swimming pool.
