The plaintiff, Alta Y. Childers, has appealed from a judgment entered against her on an instructed verdict in favor of the defendants Ulrich W. Deschamps, Arthur Deschamps and the Deschamps Implement Company, a corporation.

Plaintiff brought action to recover damages for injuries sustained when, on December 22, 1927, she fell on an icy sidewalk at the corner of Main and Stevens Streets in the city of Missoula, which corner is occupied by a business block owned by the individual defendants and rented by the de fendant corporation.
