Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her when, on September 23, 1934, she fell on a sidewalk as a result of the accumulation of ice and snow thereon in front of the building owned by the defendant in the city of Anaconda.
The plaintiff charged in her complaint that the sidewalk for a long time prior to the date of the accident was in a defective and dangerous condition, in that it was sunken and depressed so that it made portions of it lower than the remainder of the walk, and that these depressions collected pools of water which accumulated,…
