Defendant/appellant, Steve Pumilia, d/b/a Progressive Lighting, appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing the appellant’s Petition for Nullity of Judgment of a default judgment rendered against him on April 29, 1985 on behalf of plaintiff/appellee, Christopher R.
