SUPPLEMENTAL OPINION

HILLMAN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon the application of the Plaintiff, Frederick Carlton “Carl” Lewis, for a preliminary injunction barring Defendants from removing his name from a primary ballot. Plaintiff contends that the provision of New Jersey’s state constitution relied upon to remove his name from the ballot violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
