¶1 James Kenyon appeals his recent conviction for first degree unlawful possession of a firearm, stemming from acts he committed in 2004.1 He was previously convicted of possessing the same firearm in 20052 and, on appeal, he argues that the trial court erred when it denied his motion to dismiss his recent charge under CrR 4.3.1.3 Because that rule requires dismissal of a subsequent charge for an offense related to a prior conviction, we agree with Kenyon.
