THIS CAUSE is before the court upon the plaintiffs motion to sever defendants’ counterclaim and/or renewed motion for voluntary dismissal of action without prejudice and/or renewed motion for transfer (DE # 218). The primary relief sought by the plaintiff in this motion is a transfer of this case from the Southern District of Florida to the Western District of Missouri pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1404, 1406, and 1631.
