MILLS, Judge.

This suit on a note, originally brought in the city court of the city of Shreveport, resulted in a judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $188.48, with 8 per cent, per annum interest thereon from April 6, 1934, 15 per cent, as attorney’s fees, and costs. No privilege was recognized in the judgment.

Plaintiff, on June li, 1934, seized under fi. fa. a lot of furniture and household effects belonging to defendant stored in Alexandria, Rapides parish; and had issued a writ of garnishment directed to the Louisiana & Arkansas Railway Company. Immediately thereafter defendant was, in the…
