The suit is by The Trane Company against Employers’ Liability Assurance Corporation, Limited, surety on subcontractor’s bond to original contractor, for the recovery of $700.00 on account of materials sold and delivered by The Trane Company to L. Armstrong, subcontractor, who had agreed by written contract to furnish to R. F. Ball Construction Company, the original contractor, all labor and materials in the installation of plumbing, heating and gas piping in a nurses’s home to be constructed for the…
