L. E. Spitzer Co., Inc. appeals from a jury verdict entered against it for breach of an oral agreement with Sean Barron, d/b/a Barron Construction Co.

On May 12, 1975, Sean Barron and Lew Spitzer, president of L. E. Spitzer Co., Inc., met in Spokane, Washington to discuss the possibility of working together on a construction project at Fort Richardson, Alaska. They decided that Barron should go to Alaska to prepare a cost estimate for the project, which Barron did.
