ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND DISMISSING PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Petitioner, a federal convict confined in the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners at Springfield, Missouri, petitions this Court for a writ of federal habeas corpus directing the respondent to dismiss a charge which it has pending against him and vacate the warrant for his arrest and demand for the production of his person which it has filed with the United States Department of Justice.
