The district court dismissed the complaint of Harold Raymond Hooks, a Florida state prisoner, seeking relief under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We vacate and remand.
In his complaint Hooks alleged that he was transferred without cause from minimum security status at the Avon Park unit of the Florida Division of Corrections to medium security status at the Bartow Road Camp unit.
