MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICHAEL, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on opposing motions for summary judgment. The dispute centers on the parties’ conflicting interpretations of a policy provision determining “actual cash value” of the policyholder’s finished stock. The plaintiffs, Rocco Enterprises, Inc. and Rocco Turkeys, Inc. (“Rocco”), who are poultry producers, originally sued both Continental Casualty Co.
