{1 Plaintiffs, GJA (Father), individually, and as parent and next friend of John Doe (Son) and Jane Doe (Daughter), minor children and KA (Step Mother), individually, appeal. an Order sustaining the motion to dismiss filed by Defendant, Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS).1 This appeal proceeds under the accelerated appeal procedures of Okla.
