This case involves a dispute between Kalmar Industries USA LLC d/b/a/ Ottawa Truck (the “Company” or “Ottawa Truck”) and Teamsters Local Union No. 838 (“Union” or “Teamsters”) over whether the Company violated the parties’ collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) when it paid certain wage rates for temporary employees. This matter is before the Court on the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment (Docs. 17 and 19).
