Before the Court are Defendant’s Rule 12(c) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint (Rec. Doc. 12), Plaintiffs Opposition (Rec. Doc. 13), Defendant’s Reply (Rec.
