—Order of the *225Family Court, New York County (Mary Bednar, J.), entered August 30, 1993, adjudicating appellant a juvenile delinquent upon a fact-finding determination that he committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would constitute criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and placing him on probation for one year, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the petition dismissed.
