Plaintiff, R. M. Barker, brought four1 suits against tbe defendant, Alfred Yon Cotzbausen, to recover certain amounts alleged to be due for tbe keep of four stallions, thirteen mares and four yearling colts. In tbe first suit judgment was sought for keep of said stock from April 17, 1909, to November 10, 1910, in tbe sum of $1,045.50, subject to a credit of $402.50.
