This is the second time this case has been before this court. A judgment for the plaintiff on the first trial was affirmed in Drake Standard Mach. Works v. Brossman, 135 Ill. App. 209. The Drake company appealed from the judgment of this court to the Supreme Court, and secured a reversal solely upon the ground that there had been errors in the rulings of the trial court upon questions of evidence. Brossman v. Drake Standard Mach. Works, 232 Ill. 412.
