MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
STORY, District Judge.
Plaintiff brought this action for equitable relief pursuant to § 502 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1132 [“ERISA”]. This Court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1331. Presently pending are Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to File Brief in Excess of Page Limitation [7-1], Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment [8-1], and Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment [9-1].
