OPINION
ECKERSTROM, Judge.
¶ 1 Plaintiff Susan Wyckoff appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant Mogollon Health Alliance. For the following reasons, we affirm.
Factual and Procedural Background
¶ 2 In reviewing a trial court’s grant of summary judgment, we view the facts and reasonable inferences therefrom in the light most favorable to the losing party. See Acosta v. Phx. Indem. Ins.
