This is an action for damages for the death of plaintiff’s husband and intestate, instituted by her as administratrix for the benefit of the lawful heirs of deceased, consisting of herself and a number of minor children. The accident occurred on October 7, 1926, near Milfay, Oklahoma, and the remedy is governed by the laws of that State, duly pleaded in this action. The death of plaintiff’s husband, J. C.
