OPINION
MAES, Justice.
{1} This will contest is before us on certiorari from the Court of Appeals to determine whether husband and wife created a contractual will in favor of decedent husband’s children and detracting from the interest of the surviving spouse. Although the Court of Appeals found that there was not a contract to make a will, it nonetheless concluded that there were ambiguities in the will which would not only permit discovery as to the parties’ intent in them devises and bequests, but also to determine if there exists extrinsic documentation that would demonstrate that the…
