| ,The State filed a bill of information charging the defendant, Kyle Brown, with aggravated assault of a peace officer with a firearm. The defendant subsequently entered a plea of not guilty and filed motions for a new trial, for judgment of acquittal and for a suspended sentence. The defendant appeals, arguing that the evidence adduced at trial was insufficient to support his conviction for aggravated assault of a peace officer with a firearm.
