These proceedings bring up for review an order of the N.L.R.B. directed to Mount Hope Finishing Company, a Massachusetts corporation, and to Mt. Hope Finishing Company, Inc., a North Carolina corporation; and to Joseph K. Milliken, Frank L. Daylor and Robert D. Milliken, individuals interested in one or both of the corporations. All of these were respondents to a complaint filed by the Textile Workers Union of America, CIO.
