We are asked to reverse the judgment in this ease upon two grounds: First, that the court erred in admitting in evidence a certain verified account, which was appended to and made a part of the complaint filed in the cause; second, that the court erred in rendering judgment for the appellee and against the app.ellants without other evidence than said verified account and a certain original instrument, also appended to and made a part of the complaint.
