McKeon, J.), entered February 7, 1991, which denied petitioner’s application for an order deeming her notice of claim against the City of New York and New York City Housing Authority as timely served with respect to the claim for conscious pain and suffering, reversed on the law, the facts and in the exercise of discretion, and said application granted, without costs.
