This is an appeal from a decree by the District Court of Salt Lake County ordering specific performance of a real estate contract.

On the 11th day of August 1935, Charles Evans, deceased, entered into an agreement with the respondents, E.R. Maxfield and Lavera B. Maxfield, hereinafter called the purchasers, for the sale of property, farm implements, tools and water stock. The consideration for the sale was $5,000 and the maintenance, support and medical care of the deceased throughout his life.
