Plaintiff Perry Beckett (Beckett) brings this action against defendants Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts, Inc. (JCAM) and Harold Gold (Gold), president of JCAM, seeking damages for deceit and misrepresentation (Count I) as well as breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing (Count II). Both counts arise from Beckett’s conveyance of a parcel of land (Lot 1) to JCAM.
