Charged with felony driving while intoxicated (DWI) alleg*288edly committed while hitting a parked car and thereafter speeding off to a nearby parking lot, defendant moves to suppress evidence of his statements made at the scene of the arrest, together with the field test results and refusal to take a chemical breath test, on the ground that there was no probable cause, nor even reasonable suspicion, to detain or arrest him, and on the further ground that he was not advised of this Miranda rights before making statements to the police.
