Daniel Miller, Stanley C. Golon, Jeffrey Medina, Jerome May and Damon Wilson (“the Plaintiffs”), pro se, bring this action against the County of Nassau (the “County”), County Executive Thomas Suozzi (“Suozzi”), District Attorney Kathleen M. Rice (“Rice”), and Nassau County Administrative Judge Anthony Maraño (“Judge Maraño”). The Plaintiffs allege that the District Attorney’s unconstitutional plea bargaining policy and the Defendants’ acceptance of that policy violates 42 U.S.C. Section 1983.
