OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellants-Plaintiffs, Patrick and Christine Roberts (collectively, the Roberts), appeal the trial court's Judgment in favor of Appeliees-Defendants', Robert and Bob Feitz (collectively, the Feitzes), counterclaim, determining that the Feitzes are legal owners of the disputed access lane (Disputed Lane).

We affirm.
