Before the Court is Defendant Sears Roebuck de Puerto Rico, Inc.’s (“Sears”) motion for summary judgment (No. 23), Plaintiff Bertha Inés Quevedo-Gaitán’s (“Quevedo”) opposition thereto (No. 30), and Defendant Sears’ reply brief (No. 34).
