Faye B. Gilmer sued Crestview Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (“Crestview”), Garland Jones, Barry Taul, and Mary (“Meg”) Caldwell, alleging claims related to services Crestview had provided with regard to the funeral of Gilmer’s husband, Jack Gilmer (“Jack”). The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of the defendants on all the claims against them.
