Currently pending before the Court is Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System’s renewed motion for summary judgment to Genevieve Fair’s amended complaint alleging that she was denied a position of Investment Supervisor on July 10, 1998, and further denied a position of Investment Specialist in November, 1998, which action, she argues, was intentional discrimination because of her race, African-American.
