SADLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a money judgment entered on a jury verdict in an action on a fire insurance policy. Only two questions are presented for review. The first is whether the trial court erroneously held that the action was commenced by plaintiffs who were the real parties in interest within the twelve months’ period of limitation contained in the policy.
