Plaintiff appeals as of right from a circuit court order granting accelerated judgment in favor of defendant pursuant to GCR 1963, 116.1(5).

On April 7, 1981, plaintiff filed suit, alleging invasion of privacy and defamation. The complaint alleged that defendant owned and operated a company which obtained investors for the syndication of real estate development projects.
