Edwards brought a petition for injunction against the Milledgeville Water Company, in which he sought to enjoin the defendant from disconnecting its water-main from the private pipe running therefrom to bis residence, and from in any way interfering with his use of the water at his residence, under the terms of *202the contract which he set up as having heen made between the company and himself in the year Í897.
