MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
NEALON, Chief Judge.
The above-titled action reaches this court following proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The Southerton Corporation, who originally filed the petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C.A. § 1101-1174 (West 1979), from which these proceedings stem, seeks to set aside an order by Bankruptcy Judge Thomas C. Gibbons. By Memorandum and Order dated September 14, 1981, Judge Gibbons granted a petition by the United Penn Bank to terminate the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C.A. § 362(a)…
