Cynthia Lee challenges the district court’s order granting the Fairfax County Public School (FCPS) Board’s motion for summary judgment and dismissing Lee’s complaint alleging that the FCPS Board and FCPS employees (collectively, “Appel-lees”) violated Lee’s civil rights under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 (2012), and her procedural due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment, and engaged in defamation and wrongful termination under Virginia state law.
