The defendant, Neil Wakeland, entered a plea of guilty to an indictment charging him with the crime of burglary and was sentenced by the court to- confinement in the penitentiary for a term of not less than three nor more than five years. Thereafter he filed a motion to vacate the judgment and for leave to withdraw his plea of guilty and enter a plea of not guilty. The court heard and denied the motion and defendant prosecutes this writ of error to reverse the conviction.
