MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT G. MAYER, Bankruptcy Judge.

The question presented by the trustee’s motion for summary judgment on his objection to the debtor’s claim of exemption in this chapter 7 ease asks when a tenancy by the entirety estate in the proceeds from the sale of real property which was held by the debtor and her non-filing estranged spouse as tenants by the entirety with the common-law right of survivorship terminates.
