WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge:

In this appeal, we must decide whether a debtor’s solely owned fee simple interest in her home is part of the bankruptcy estate, even though the debtor held her interest as a tenant by the entirety when she filed her petition in bankruptcy and claimed an exemption of her tenancy-by-the-entirety interest.
