This is an interpleader action. Plaintiff insurance company deposited the proceeds of life insurance policies upon the life of Lucille E. Pounds into the registry of the Court. George W. Pounds, husband of decedent, Lucille E. Pounds, and Frances G. Harrison, as Administratrix of her estate, claim said proceeds. The husband’s claim is based upon the fact that he is the named beneficiary in each of the four policies.
