Keeney v. Pilot Rock Lumber Co.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Joe Keeney, from a decree of the circuit court which dismissed *157his suit to quiet title to a tract of land situated in Grant county, which is the subject matter of this suit.

The plaintiff is the son and sole heir of one Frank Keeney, who died in 1945, and in whom the record title to the above-mentioned tract was vested October 21, 1935.
