UPON DUE CONSIDERATION, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the judgment of the District Court be and it hereby is AFFIRMED.

This is a suit brought under the New York Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law § 296, and the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.C. Admin. Code, §§ 8-107, 8-502. The case is before us on diversity jurisdiction. With respect to the legal issues relevant to this appeal, the two New York human rights laws mirror federal *881anti-discrimination statutes. Sogg v. American Airlines, Inc., 198 A.D.2d 158, 608 N.Y.S.2d 21, 23 (1993).
