The testator died on the 26th of September, 1897, leaving him surviving his widow, Walburga Haug, two sons, Christian Charles Hang, who had been married about nineteen years and had no issue, although his wife was still living; Frederick Ludwig Haug, who was married, whose - wife was still living and had four children; also the defendant John "Whither Hildenbrand, who is a grandson, then aged 'fifteen -years and the only son of testator’s deceased daughter, Louisa.
