Appellant, Florence M. Strom, filed health-care liability claims against appel-lees, Memorial Hermann Hospital System d/b/a Memorial Hospital Southwest and Memorial Hospital System (the hospital) and Dr. Henry Blum, individually and d/b/a Sugar Land Orthopedic Associates (Dr. Blum).
